Randy says: I think I had the grilled salmon, but I'm not sure now. Whatever I had, I remember being disappointed that it wasn't marinated and flavorful. Jeff's steak was good but dry. The rice was oily. I liked the cashew drink and found it interesting.

Jeff says: The Brazilian steak was a bit plain. The rice was flavorful, maybe from salt.

We went to Itana Bahia with 6 other friends. The staff was very nice, but it was a slow visit. It is a small room with seating on the ground level and on a loge level above. Our expectations were high having gotten hooked on Brazilian food at Bossa Nova down the street, but although Itana Bahia tries hard it doesn't quite measure up.
