The blue arrow in the first image shows the position and direction of the "camera".
This is a focal point on the sunny south side of the house. In the after shot is the Phoenix roebelenii or Pygmy date palm. In the drawing above, it is supposed to be 6 feet tall, although it doesn't look it (our eye level here and in most shots is at 5 feet). The short fence that divides the back yard from the front yard is heightened in the after shot by a trellis and blooming jasmine. Besides our pampas grass being green instead of the brown (the only choice in the software), our balcony rails are white, but rails of the correct type were only available in unpainted wood with no option to change the color.
